About the role

The Assistant Graphic Designer will be using Berklee’s content management system Air to tag and manage graphic assets so that they can be found easily and reused in new courses.

What you'll bring

• Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program.
• A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA.
• Must be located in the U.S.
• The ideal candidate must have some artistic experience or knowledge of graphic design
• this could include digital art, logo design, vector icon creation, typography, and/or general ability to create artistic representations of objects/ideas.
• Please include a portfolio of past work to be considered.
• Good organization and communication skills is a must as well, and they should be familiar with using google tools (calendar, email, sheets and drive).
• Candidate must be able to follow instructions well and adhere to Berklee design guidelines.
• Candidate should know the difference between a png, jpg, svg and a pdf file format.
• A drive to learn new artistic skills, tools, and applications as well as a creative mind!
• Knowledge or experience with Adobe programs is preferred but not necessary, especially Illustrator and the pen tool.
• Experience with similar free versions of said tools is also accepted (such as Gimp, Procreate, Affinity, Inkscape etc.)
