About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner closely with the Platform Engineering team to drive data-driven decisions around infrastructure, identity, authentication, and security. This role focuses on quantifying the business impact of platform changes, helping the team navigate the tradeoff between security and member experience.

What you'll bring

• 5–7 years of experience in a deeply analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Have a creative approach to problem-solving - demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools.
• This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
• The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
