About the role
As a Senior Data Analyst at Tive, you will use your considerable experience to help lead Tive into its next phase of growth. As a senior member of Tive's global Data Team, you will be responsible for developing customer-facing analytics products that illuminate supply chain health and shipment performance, while also building and maintaining the internal dashboards and data models that drive strategic decision-making across the business. The role will require significant experience and confidence in data analytics, SQL, and statistics.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science / Data Analytics or a related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience in data analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Proficiency in one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
- Familiarity with Agile workflows including ceremony requirements and tools (e.g., Jira) used to manage such workflow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business recommendations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with DBT is a plus.
- Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
