What you'll bring

• Candidates must hold an earned research doctorate (Ph.D. or equivalent in nursing or another health-related field [i.e., aging/gerontology, community health, public health, psychology, sociology or other related field]).
• For senior candidates, an established program of research as evidenced by extramurally funded research and a sustained record of peer-reviewed, high-quality publications and dissemination activities.
• Demonstrated competence in teaching.
• Candidates with a nursing degree must be eligible for a registered nurse license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Preference for applicants with experience in geriatrics/gerontology, community/public health, health policy, or technology integration in healthcare.
• Experience in working with college-age and non-traditional students in on-campus, hybrid, and/or online format.
• Skill in working with culturally diverse constituencies in the academic environment.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain external relations with community leaders, institutions, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive excellence and advancing ethnic, gender, and cultural diversity.
• Demonstrated ability to work with faculty, staff, and students as well as community groups of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, sexual orientation, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Active involvement in professional organizations.
• For early-career faculty, postdoctoral training, and/or a developing program of research that can be supported by a mentor in the College of Health and Human Services.
