About the role
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building advanced AI-powered infrastructure and products for enterprise customers. We are seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the company's most strategic technical deployments while helping establish the operating model, engineering standards, and technical direction of the forward deployment function.
What you'll bring
- Languages: Fluent English required
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience building and deploying production software.
- Strong systems, API, integration, and debugging skills.
- Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.
- High ownership and ability to independently drive projects.
- Experience with AI/ML systems or infrastructure.
- Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience.
- Experience at a startup or scale-up.
